Hi Cloud 9 Family! 

My name is Jennifer Pitcock, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am the Chairman of the Clubhouse Committee and also serve as Chairman of the Planning Committee.
Over the last couple of years, we have worked hard to move our clubhouse vision forward, and we’re excited to announce a new fundraiser that does just that—while also giving one of our members the chance to win big.
We are hosting a raffle to raise funds for the Cloud 9 Clubhouse, with the grand prize being a brand new 2025 four-seat KRX. Only 838 tickets will be sold, and the drawing will be held once all tickets are sold. Tickets are $100 each. Please see the attached flyer, or reach out with any questions. 
This project is truly for the members, by the members, and every ticket purchased helps bring our clubhouse closer to completion while supporting something built for our Cloud 9 family. Click Here for more information and to view the Raffle Flyer

If you would like to join the School House Committee please reach out to me via email! We do several events throughout the year, from daddy daughter dances to egg coloring! 
If you are interested in joining the C9R Volunteer Fire Department or First Responders please reach out to me via email! We also hold several events throughout the year, fill the boot, pool parties and 80's Weekend.
If you would like to help out and join the Craft House, please reach out to me via email. We hold a lot of fun family events through out the year, bingo, craft class and more! 

We also have the Craft House located in Wilder please stop in and see us and inquire about how you can join.
If you would like to join the Conservation Committee, please reach to me via email. We host many fun filled events for kids as well as hunting events for adults! 
If you would like to join the Ranch Riders Club, please reach out to myself or Matt by email. Matt Buhman at matt@elcrawford.com. Ranch Riders hold events throughout the year like glow rides, rock crawls and more!  We also help maintain the trails and up keep them as well as help add new ones!
